These buffoons (Borough Council majority)can't remember their position on similar issues because they make them up as they go along. And they lie about it along the way then forget what the lie was. Lets see...I was for this because ......but I'm against this because..... and there is absolutely NO logic to their thought process. NONE. They really are somewhat dimwitted don't ya think?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7888510041198780859.post-46228002887018216192009-08-18T08:43:00.655-04:002009-08-18T08:43:00.655-04:00To Anonymous August 16, 2009 11:49:00 PM EDT

These properties DO NOT RAISE the property values nor do they assist in building schools. There have been too many mistakes made by both Borough Council and the School Board to continue this spending spree on the backs of the residents.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7888510041198780859.post-24455832084854429372009-08-17T21:53:09.885-04:002009-08-17T21:53:09.885-04:00This COUNCIl's motto:

I live on the North side and have been affected by the bridge closing. All I do now is go down another street. Its not a big deal in order to have a better looking bridge.(or library in this case). I live next to an empty lot that could be developed at any time. This would greatly impact the view out my window. I would welcome it for a new school or bigger library.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7888510041198780859.post-18440662845294878942009-08-16T21:38:05.199-04:002009-08-16T21:38:05.199-04:00Doesn't the PA Municipal Code spell out any of...Doesn't the PA Municipal Code spell out any of the restrictions or rules regarding financial gain from council appointees? COUNCIL HAD NO ANSWER BECAUSE THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW. They can't even follow their own Ethics Resolution.Time to clean house in November.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7888510041198780859.post-16253807981769917342009-08-16T16:20:55.099-04:002009-08-16T16:20:55.099-04:00If closing one street like 2nd Avenue wasn't a...If closing one street like 2nd Avenue wasn't a problem, couldn't you show ONE example of closing a street and killing the grid that's occured somewhere in our country?<br /><br />Let's close the street on Rittenhouse Square. Why should our children be in an old school building so that the residence have good "air flow"? I dont even know what that means. It is a great sign that the area is growing. As far as the library expansion, is closing ONE street really that much of a problem. Again the fact that the area is growing will only increase property values. Change is good...I think air will continue to flow...Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
