NORTH COVENTRY TWP., Pa. - August 23, 2009 (WPVI)
A woman who vanished while heading to work last week has been found dead.
Police confirmed the death of Kimberly Cox Twaddell, 41, on Sunday afternoon saying she was found in Chester County.
Investigators say no foul play was involved in her death, and they are not releasing any more information.
Twaddell had left her home in North Coventry Township Thursday afternoon and was scheduled to work Thursday evening at Pottstown Memorial Medical Center.
She hadn't been heard from since.
Her family had been holding out hope for her safe return, and her brother flew in from California to help with the search.
Actress Kirstie Alley, who is a family friend, had offered a $25,000 reward and has also enlisted the help of other celebrity friends including Demi Moore and Denise Richardson.
Alley had been using Twitter to keep people updated on the case.

How sad, I am so sorry for the family.
Her body was found in
PHOENIXVILLE HOSPITAL PARKING GARAGE by friends and family searching for her. The vehicle was locked and an autopsy will be performed according to the article. She interned there prior year and had access to the employee garage area. Kim was located finally on Sun 10:30 am. see philadelphia inquirer update.
At a borough meeting I attended a debate was made on need for camera's in heli pad and restricted areas.
This is an example of why camera use for surveliance would be beneficial to hospital as Mr Cirriuls pointed out. The hospital felt restricted areas had no need for camera's however accidents and odd situations occur. The hospital should have cameras in roof and parking garages to monitor all activity!
The hospital DOES have cameras in the parking garage, they just feel they aren't needed on the helipad landing site.
Perhaps they can monitor them better.
Not sure how monitoring better will show what's going on inside a car across a parking deck. Cars can often be parked for days at a time because of long shifts, mechanical problems, or for those who actually drive themselves to the hospital for admittance for some reason. I suspect they should walk around more often. Security monitors won't do it.
How are they needed in the parking garage if no one looks at them?
For 2 days the entire country had the license number and make of a missing vehicle this woman drove and her prior employer doesn't notice on surveliance tapes?
Only in Phoenixville!
