Finally the Parking Authority has made a decision that will probably be welcomed by 99.99% of Borough residents and visitors.

Go for it Council! Vote to accept their decision.

isn't it AMAZING how Phoenixville, never seems to LEARN from History?

PLEASE take the time, to LEARN the history of Phoenixville Parking Authority, and how it was created, and who was involved, and what the REAL ASSETS, and LIABILITIES are.

Borough Council voted unanimously to accept the resolution disbanding the Phoenixville Parking Authority.

A review and/or discharge of any ordinance(s) adopted by the borough during the process of creating the Parking Authority should be undertaken promptly in order to insure the legality of the applicable laws after the effective date of the authority's termination.

One piece of advice.

Council should take as much time as is needed to decide if or what type of administrative vehicle is the best for parking control in Phoenixville.

We've already seen what hasty decisions can do.
