My grandson, Andy Bailey and I have been building our Christmas Village since Christmas 1990 (he was just 5 then). Fourteen years ago we leased a permanent home in the basement of the Westridge office / Victorian farmhouse at 970 Township Line Rd., Phoenixville, and opened our village up to all who wish to enjoy the Christmas “whimsy” of our display.
