I thought that your blog readers would like to know about the AMERICAN CLASSICS FESTIVAL being held on Bridge Street, Phoenixville on Saturday April 2, 2011.
It will run from 12 noon to 5 p.m. and will feature classic cars, vendors, childrens activities, Oldies Music, a 50's-'60's dress up contest, and a limbo contest.
Several high school stage choirs are going to compete in a "Glee' type challenge at the Colonial Theater at 2 p.m.
The entire event will benefit PACS.
You may register for a vendor table or to show your classic car through PACS website. 10 trophies will be awarded for classic car, truck, and street rods.
The EASTER BUNNY and other favorite characters will be downtown. Kids can also enjoy entertainment and face painting at the Kiwanis Chidren's Paza.
And as if that weren't enough PACS fundraising continues into the night with a Phoenixville first.....A Dance Party from 7 p.m. to midnight featuring Jerry Blavat!
Yes, you heard it here! The "GEATOR with the HEATER" is coming to the Franklin Commons to help raise money for PACS!

Enjoy the sounds of rock and roll, doo wop and soul as you Twist, Stroll, and Bristol Stomp the night away.
Light refreshments will be served to keep your energy up as we party until midnight.
All proceeds benefit PACS charitable mission connecting people in the Phoenixville area with community resources and emergency assistance.
