Phoenixville's 4th of July!

I'm sure you'll join in my kudos to D & M for the fantastic 4th of July fireworks show in Phoenixville last night! The 35 minute extravaganza leading up to the explosive finale was rivaled by the thunderous applause and unrestrained cheers of appreciation from the crowd gathered at Friendship Field! Thank you, D & M! I also want to take this opportunity to once again thank our sponsors, Phoenixville Federal Bank and Trust, Phoenixville Hospital, the Phoenixville Jaycees, Susquehanna Bank, Petrucci's, Tracy Wilke, Lowes, the Phoenixville Area Business Association, Kendrick Buckwalter, the Michaels, and our numerous private donors. Our volunteers who worked on fundraising for the fireworks event deserve a big hug the next time you see them! A heartfelt thank you goes to all the Phoenixville Borough Streets Department employees, as well as the Police, Fire Department, and Public Works Director Brian Watson, each who took time away from family and friends over the holiday to work making the event a flawless and safe venue for all our residents. Your attention to detail and your presence under such extreme heat conditions was incredible. Thank you!
