I've received word that the Parking Authority ordinance was signed into Phoenixville borough books on Tuesday April 29, 2008 by Mayor Leo Scoda.
It is my understanding that once an ordinance is signed the Mayor cannot veto.

Wow! That set a land speed record! What was the hurry, he took less time to discuss the issue than Council did discussing it. There is something rotten in Phoenixville.
