Council President Rich Kirkner, a Democrat, joined Republican Council members Ken Buckwalter, Dave Gautreau, and Jeff Senley in a bipartisan vote to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of former Council member Henry Wagner.
Marc Reber who received only 7 votes less than Wagner during the November 2009 was appointed this evening to the Middle Ward Council seat.
Kudos to President Richard Mark Kirkner for his decision, and heartfelt congratulations to Marc Reber, Phoenixville's newest Council member!
